On May 11-12, 2015 HEC Montréal, in collaboration with McGill University and the University of Toronto, hosted its 2nd Montreal-Quebec Qualitative Methods Workshop.  Featured in the workshop was a Master Class on “Doing and Publishing Qualitative Research”.  We are pleased to make the videos for this event available online.

The Master Class is organized in two parts.  In Part 1, Beth Bechky gives a lecture on “Learning to See” in qualitative data analysis. In Part 2, Sarah Kaplan (Managing Editor at Organization Science) and Ruthanne Huising (Associate Professor at McGill University) discuss the review process for Ruthanne’s  recently published paper entitled:  « The erosion of expert control through censure episodes ».

If you would like to have access to the documentation associated with Part 2 (Paper drafts and review letters), please contact ruthanne.huising@mcgill.ca
